Situation & Solution:
Endo Pharmaceutical’s Marketing team wanted a tool to strengthen communications between the Home Office and the Urology sales force. LyonShare Marketing recommended an iPad-compatible eNewsletter that sales members could easily access on their iPads or iPhones. LyonShare wrote, designed, and programmed the eNewsletter which included important updates from Marketing, a spotlight on a sales representative sharing best practices, and market research insights. A fillable-field survey was also included to gather reader feedback and encourage two-way dialogue between the Home Office and the sales force.
